1.    How long does it take for the item to ship?

ANS: We ship the item out within 24-48hrs of the payment being made.

2. Do you offer local pick-up?

ANS: We do not offer local pick up at the moment. You can always email us for a better shipping deal if you are interested. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3.    How do I return an item?

ANS: Please refer our Return Policy.

4. What is your return policy?

ANS: We accept returns within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition. For more info. Please visit our Return Policy

5.    How long does it take for a refund to go back to my card?

ANS: A refund is issued as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. It may take 3-5 business days for the amount to go back to your card. PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account immediately.

6.    Where is my package?

ANS: We provide valid tracking numbers for all items as soon as they are shipped. If you are unable to locate the tracking number or are having an issue tracking the package, please email us. We are here to help.

7.    What do i do if my package is missing?

ANS: Please contact us via email about issues regarding missing packages. We will be more than happy to look into any issues for you.

8.    Do you ship to apo, fpo, alaska, hawaii or other us territories?

ANS: Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and we provide a valid tracking number for all our packages.

9.    Do you have a particular size available that is not listed on the site?

ANS: Most of the time, what we have listed is exactly what we have. For any special request or inquiries, please feel free to email us.

10.    I am a women’s size x. what size would i fit in men’s or boys shoes?

ANS: Women can wear Boys’ or Men’s shoes but there is always a 1.5 or 2 size difference.

For example, if you are a women size 8;

You would be wearing a boys’ size 6 or 6.5 depending on the width of your feet. If you have wide feet, we would recommend a size 6.5.

11. What do I do if I entered an incorrect address on the order?

ANS: Please email us as soon as you can. We might be able to change the address before an item has been shipped out.

12. How do I cancel an order?

ANS: Please send us an email from your registered email id with the invoice you have received on purchase within 24 hours and we will be happy to process it.

13.    Do you ship international?

ANS: Yes, all our international orders are shipped through UPS (United Parcel Service). Before you place your order, please be informed about the delivery process that your country follows. We do not have any control over how UPS delivers the package once it leaves our facility.

Buyers must pay for all customs charges naming, duty and taxes. We are not responsible for duty and taxes. The carrier informs you about the charges after they reach your country depending on the cost of the item.
